    Nose: very expressive and of great power, it exhales aromas of red fruit, brioche, vanilla.

    Palate: Great Freshness (characteristic of a vinification without Malolactic fermentation), this complex wine and seductive is revealed under spicy notes of candied fruit, honey, truffle and brioche.

    Color: light pink with salmon reflections. Fine bubbles form an elegant bead at the top of the glass foam.

    Nose: Aromas of red fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries), hawthorn with subtle brioche and vanilla aromas.

    Palate: The balance between freshness and fruit gives this wine all its elegance. A marriage between seduction and pleasure.

    The search for the typicality of Pinot Noir from the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims guided the choice of blending of these wines for this Cuvée. Aging in oak barrels for a year then 4 to 5 years in bottles will complete the development of this Champagne with a strong personality.

    Nature sometimes gives us an exceptional quality harvest. The Maison Cuperly then produces a Vintage. Aged at first in oak barrels, then it rests for at least six years, in bottles in our cellars.
